Clients of an accounting firm

Your accountant administers your account, so they are the fastest route for most questions: a missing invitation, a locked account, a file you can't find, or a change to your email address. Use the phone number or email address you normally reach them on.

Email support@protectedxchange.com. Please include the name of your firm and, if it's about a specific file, the file name and the approximate time it was sent.

Suspicious emails

Genuine emails from us come from no-reply@protectedxchange.com and only link to protectedxchange.com. If you receive something that claims to be from Protected Xchange and doesn't match, don't click any links — forward it to support@protectedxchange.com and we'll investigate.
